TSP

Integrated coaching for military, law enforcement, fire, and EMS, built around the job's demands.

Built for people whose training has to hold up on the job.

This is for you if

  • Military, law enforcement, fire, and EMS personnel who need programming built for the job, not a generic training template.

  • Athletes who want training, nutrition, and readiness managed as one system instead of three uncoordinated plans.

  • Anyone carrying occupational load — shift work, kit, unpredictable schedules — that standard programs ignore.

  • Athletes ready for a 12-week minimum commitment and a weekly review cadence.

This is not the right fit if

  • You want a template to run on your own — the TrainHeroic program packs in the store cover that at lower cost.

  • You are looking for medical treatment or rehabilitation — that stays with your licensed providers.

  • You cannot commit to 12 weeks and a weekly review — start with a Performance Consult instead.
