Privacy Policy

Vaux Corps operates public forms for the Tactical Readiness Scorecard, Individual (TSP) Application, Organization Intake, and practitioner product resources. These forms collect contact information and operational details relevant to the request — for example, name, email, occupation, practitioner role, product interest, training background, organization details, and general scheduling or timeline preferences.

Our public forms never collect medical history, clinical case notes, or individualized nutrition-assessment data. Any general, non-clinical notes an applicant chooses to share in the Individual Application are stored solely in our secure database and are never synced to our CRM. Any clinical intake — including detailed medical history, diagnoses, or individualized nutrition assessment — for private Vaux coaching takes place only after acceptance into a coaching program, and only inside dedicated secure platforms (Healthie or Practice Better) built for that purpose.

If you choose nutrition care through Nourish, you leave the Vaux Corps site and provide eligibility, insurance, booking, billing, and clinical intake information directly to Nourish. Vaux Corps does not collect that information through this website. Nourish handles it under its own privacy policy and platform terms.

Form submissions are stored in Supabase, our database provider. Access is restricted to Vaux Corps personnel who need it to respond to your request.

A limited set of operational fields — the kind needed to follow up on a request, such as name, email, occupation, and program interest — is synced from our database to our HubSpot CRM. Health information, clinical notes, and any other clinical or medical fields are never synced to HubSpot under any circumstance.

When you purchase a Vaux Corps digital product through Gumroad, Gumroad (the merchant of record) notifies us of your email address and purchase details. We record these in our CRM to manage your customer status and to suppress marketing you no longer need. Payments are processed by Gumroad under its own privacy policy.

If you allow analytics, HubSpot places a visitor cookie and records page activity so we can understand which resources and product pages are useful. HubSpot's tracking stays off when you choose essential-only use. You can reopen Analytics choices on any page to change or withdraw your selection.

Separately from the optional HubSpot analytics choice above, our hosting provider, Vercel, collects cookieless, aggregate analytics (page views and anonymized interaction events). These do not use cookies, do not identify you, and run regardless of the optional-analytics setting.

The site stores a theme preference (vaux-theme), an analytics consent choice, and unsent form drafts in your browser's local storage. These stay on-device and are not used for tracking. Saved drafts expire after 30 days and are cleared immediately after a successful submission.

During a visit, the site also keeps a session-only acquisition record containing bounded UTM values, the landing path, and the referring site's hostname. It is used to attribute aggregate conversion events and carry campaign tags to Gumroad or a Substack subscription page. It excludes full referrer URLs, names, emails, form answers, scores, and health information, and is cleared when the browser session ends.

We use your email address to send requested resources (such as a Scorecard report or a lead-magnet download), respond to your inquiry, and, if you opt in, send periodic educational content related to tactical readiness, nutrition, and performance systems. You can unsubscribe from any nurture or marketing email at any time using the link in that email.

We rely on a small set of service providers to run these systems:

• Supabase— form storage
• HubSpot— CRM and optional analytics
• Resend— transactional email
• Vercel— hosting and aggregate analytics
• Gumroad— digital product sales
• Nourish— eligibility, booking, billing, and clinical care platform

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain form submissions and related CRM records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time using the contact information below.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us at joedzubak@vauxcorps.com. We honor these requests regardless of your state of residence and will confirm and process them within a reasonable timeframe.

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
