Technology / AI & Systems
Vaux Corps designs analytics, automation, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows around a defined performance decision — with privacy, traceability, and human control built into the architecture.
What Vaux builds
The work is not generic AI consulting. It is performance systems design for teams that already have a real workflow, real constraints, and a decision that needs to get better.
System 01
Turn training, readiness, nutrition, or operational inputs into a review surface tied to defined decisions and thresholds.
Readiness views · trend reviews · leadership reporting
System 02
Reduce repeatable administrative work around intake, reporting, follow-up, documentation, and knowledge retrieval.
Intake routing · report assembly · task handoffs
System 03
Make approved standards, research, and internal guidance easier to find and apply while preserving source traceability.
Evidence libraries · SOP assistants · controlled retrieval
System 04
Connect tools, roles, review cadence, data definitions, and decision rights so technology supports the work instead of fragmenting it.
System maps · governance · implementation roadmaps
Control model
Vaux technology work follows the same boundary used across the company: tools may support analysis and execution, but health, clinical, personnel, and mission decisions stay with authorized people.

01
Define the demand, map the current state, and find the constraint that matters most.
02
Design the standards, decision rules, workflows, and tools that connect evidence to action.
03
Put the system into real use with the people, cadence, and operating conditions it must survive.
04
Track what changed, review the signal, and refine the system without creating reporting theater.
Founder-led by design
Joe Dzubak scopes and leads the work, connecting performance nutrition, strength and conditioning, military human performance, analytics, systems thinking, and AI automation. Specialized partners are added only when a build requires expertise outside that scope; Vaux never presents a fictional full-time team.
