TSP

Post-clearance rebuild organized into measurable phase gates, coordinated with your treating providers.

Medical disclaimer

Return-to-Duty Rebuild requires current medical clearance from a licensed provider before enrollment. This coaching complements — and never replaces — care from your physician, physical therapist, or other licensed providers. Read the full medical disclaimer.

For athletes cleared to rebuild, not to guess.

This is for you if

  • Athletes with current medical clearance who need a structured path back to full duty.

  • Anyone whose return needs to progress on measurable criteria as phases clear.

  • Athletes coordinating a rebuild alongside physical therapy, athletic training, or physician follow-up.

  • Athletes who can commit to a 12-week rebuild with weekly check-ins as phases progress.

This is not the right fit if

  • You do not yet have medical clearance — enrollment requires it.

  • You are looking for medical treatment or rehabilitation — that stays with your licensed providers.

  • You need a lighter touch than a 12-week, weekly-reviewed rebuild — a Performance Consult is the better starting point.

What's included.

Phase gates

Rebuild organized into phases, each gated by measurable criteria before you advance.

Criteria checklists

Defined standards — symptom-free range, strength ratios, task simulation — before load increases.

Provider coordination

Programming coordinated directly with your treating providers' guidance throughout the rebuild.

Weekly review

A recurring check-in to confirm you're clear to progress to the next phase.

Standard, Performance, or Intensive.

Return-to-Duty Rebuild is priced at the same three tiers as the rest of TSP — Standard ($350–$500/mo), Performance ($600–$850/mo), and Intensive ($1,000+/mo) — based on coaching depth and how much direct contact the rebuild requires.

The 12-week minimum applies here as well. Your rate is confirmed once your rebuild plan is accepted.
