Most units and athletes already collect more data than they use. The bottleneck is the absence of a system that converts numbers into a Monday-morning decision. VROS exists to close that gap.
Walk into most departments and you will find wearables, testing days, spreadsheets, and dashboards. What you will rarely find is a written rule that says: when this number moves, we change this behavior. Data without a decision rule is overhead.
A readiness system needs three components: a small set of markers worth tracking, thresholds that trigger action, and a review cadence that forces the loop to close. Everything else is decoration.
